Are people less interested in watching Anthony Joshua fight Deontay Wilder now that he has lost?

Are fans still interested in AJ v Wilder? A poll was taken on twitter and most users felt Wilder would beat AJ now, if AJ beats Ruiz in the rematch will fans be more interesterd then?

I'd watch it. Two guys that hit hard but who are highly vulnerable...i pay for it too.

It lost some luster but I'd still watch it

What if Joshua destroys Ruiz in the rematch on a Louis vs schmeling level

I've no interest in seeing AJ get seriously hurt.

It would be cruelty at this point.

Of course part of the big money appeal is gone. Wilder was outboxed by Fury; AJ was brutally knocked out by a fat nobody.

They should both focus on avenging their recent losses before thinking about fighting each other

I'd still be psyched to see that fight, of course.

Who cares if AJ got upset by someone with a completely different style? That's still an action packed fight between knockout punchers.

    Yeah that is pretty obvious.

Don’t under estimate the rhino, this guy is tough and been thrown in with
A class fighters on short notice, Iv personally seen him hurt fury in sparring, he just didn’t believe in his own talent.

Hope he can win a British or European, nice lad

Furey would toy with Joshua. Not an interesting fight at all and Hearn will never let it happen

Fury v Joshua would be a massive fight in the UK, much bigger than Wilder. Joshua is damaged goods so Hearn will be looking to cash out

Any fight with Wilder is interesting/exciting. He has a blend of length, speed, endurance, and power that make him dangerous for 36 minutes of any fight. Plus he has the belief that he will eventually catch his opponent and he doesn't stop trying. Wilder is exciting and any time he is fighting the fight is on the line until the last bell or until one of the fighters is counted out. Joshua is an excellent athlete who might not be a natural fighter, but he is so gifted physically that it takes a special fighter to expose that he isn't a natural fighter. Wilder vs. Joshua would be an interesting fight, to me, just as interesting as it was before the Ruiz fight. Joshua is still a big, athletic, hard punching fighter.

A Ruiz, Fury, Byrd, FMJ, Lomachenko type (fighters who have been around boxing since birth and are "immersed" in the sport) can be problematic to any fighter, regardless of the fighter's physical gifts. Even gifted athletes like Wilder and Joshua are vulnerable to those types, but in a fight with each other, who knows? Wilder might catch Joshua early or Joshua might catch Wilder or anything could happen. It probably wouldn't be boring.
