agreed, they are not far apart. But perhaps slight edge Bruno, its a tough call. Joshua unification were against guys of the level that Bruno was beating (albeit with difficulty).

Belts only mean so much. Bruno fought much better competition than Joshua did. Both the WBA and IBO were vacant titles that Joshua won by beating Wlad, who was a retired fighter and shouldn't have even been ranked, so I don't give Joshua much credit for that win when he should've had to fight Ortiz for the vacant WBA title.

I also can't think of anyone on Joshua's resume that Bruno wouldn't beat, since even Ruiz would've got neutralized by Bruno.

Bruno beat who? Coetzee, carl wiiliams or the great oliver mccall...none of his wins surpass AJ s wins over wlad, joseph parker and povetkin....lots of AJ hate on this forum!

Joseph Parker was a good win, but Wlad was over 40 years old and shot and Povetkin was 39 years and several years past his best. Also, McCall was more experienced and proven then Parker is and McCall’s best wins of Lewis and Holmes are better than Parker’s wins over Ruiz and Takam.

Bruno is over rated. He got splattered every time he stepped up.

Bruno would have smashed Joshua to pieces.

Bruno was outboxing Lewis in their first fight and would give as good as he'd get.

There is no way you'd see Bruno quit in a fight because his opponent was punching back.

Bruno did his country proud inside the ring.

Agreed. Far better taking a knee, take the 10 - 8 round regroup and go again.

That may be so, but Joshua still hasn’t proven himself against the level of competition that Bruno has. That said I like bother fighters, but Bruno fought everybody while Joshua still hasn’t fought a Wilder, Fury, or Ortiz.

If Joshua goes on to win the rematch against Ruiz and beats both Joshua and Wilder I’ll change my opinion.

I give early Bruno, the one who fought Witherspoon a great shot at Joshua, he was more fluid than the one that fought Lewis and a better tank..Bruno v Spoon was a tough hard fight

Hmmm...Then you have to take all of Wlad s best win into consideration...You really cant judge opponents that way...Plus Joshua had several defenses Bruno got blasted in his first...Now stop the hating!

His body was upright but his senses were laid out on the canvas: a weird concoction of good and bad punch resistance....

This fight is a nailed on draw with Bruno like a discombobulated statute against the ropes and Joshua stood in the corner, arms resting on the ropes and refusing to box on. However, on appeal the decision would be handed to Bruno on the grounds he still had his mouthpiece in....
