They are all likely juicing, but Loma had a rotator cuff injury during the Linares fight and was still recovering during Pedraza. Some people actually gain power when they move up in weight if they don't lose speed, and it's likely Loma is just now acclimated to 135. He did say the goal was to slowly pack on lean muscle.
Not the first time an unknown fighter with no credentials has tried to use the name of an elite to try to elevate himself and get himself over. How about this guy start facing contenders and main eventing or at least fighting on major shows before he invokes Loma.
