Or that Warrington belongs at Galahads level

Beating a shot old husk of Frampton got taken out of context, people were calling Warrington elite

I didn't score it RBR but my gut was that Galahad won.

    Galahad with a few rounds.

Does anyone honestly think Warrington won 6 or 7 rounds?

There’s **** all in it when you look at the punch stats. Warrington landed a punch more each round. So I’m not buying “KG forgot that to win you need to throw punches”.

    It was a robbery.

16 more punches landed by Warrington but Barry being slightly more efficient and landing a bit more (%).

How is it a robbery if Warrington landed more punches?

i had money on galahad but cant really cry robbery.
dont think either could have complained about losing but as galahad stunk the gaff out with his tactics he deserved to lose it more.

1 punch more a round he landed.

Effective aggression - I think KG won in that department.

Ring generalship - again I think he edged that.

Defence - KG was making Warrington look daft and missing for fun. Look at how many punches didn’t land.

Hard and clean punches - this is the hard one because it was such a dire fight. I don’t think anyone edged this.

That’s how you score a fight. Feel free to give your explanation for each category.

It’s not just scored on punches landed mate.

    Edit: just seen Scissors’ post.

I couldn’t give the fight to Galahad as he did far to much holding (I think he should have been deducted a point) and there was not nearly enough offence. His ring generalship was very effective thought.

I also think that Warrington was starting to get to him towards the end and hurt him a few times to the body, which didn’t really get picked up on.

I had the fight 115-113 to Warrington - terrible fight which I’m glad we will never see again.

Let’s have Warrington v Valdez next.

Eddie should put Galahad V Quigg on in the UK towards the end of the year as both are in a similar position now.

There was very little to seperate either fighter in any category. Thats why this isnt a robbery, its a close fight.

A robbery would be a fight where the overwhelming majority scored it one way and the judges went the other way, e.g. Taylor vs Peersons

I've seen as many people score it for Warrington as Galahad in the media so how would it be classed a robbery?
