Nobody said Ruiz would be easy, and nobody in the right mind had Ruiz on par with Schwarz, or anywhere remotely near Schwarz regarding quality of opposition.

We thought AJ would be too much for Ruiz to handle, and it almost came to fruition when AJ knocked down Ruiz, but Ruiz suprised us all when he got up and did what he did. Because he took AJ to places we never seen him go before.

The smart ones among us knew AJ had vulnerabilities, but none of us knew how AJ could think himself out of a new situation, and switch up tactics when the gameplan goes out the window. Turns out that he can't, at least not as well as previous ATGs

Schwarz was a pathetic opponent for Fury, no where near Ruiz level. And Fury arse lickers need to admit that.

Because Joshua still would be the biggest payday for Pulev and a win over him would all but guarantee him a title shot. He's not getting a shot against Wilder, Fury or Ruiz otherwise.

If these quotes by Joshua are legit, it is truly a bad sign. He better toughen up, or his career is basically over... But, with all that money, maybe that is what Joshua wants.

Joshua is a big cry baby. Ruiz is going to knock his glass jawed ass out again.

I am 1000% okay with people saying Fury beat Wilder, but can we stop with the nonsense that he wasn't fit? He had 2 fights before Deontay.

He was relieved after quitting against Ruiz. Laughing and smiling in defeat. He was just short of celebrating with Ruiz's team.

He simply doesn't want the pressure and expectation that comes with being champion. Which is why I always said he was a paper champion/

Real champions are not afraid of leaving their country to fight, real champions don't write letters to governing bodies begging them to block mandatories so they can continue fighting hand picked opponents.

And real champions don't quit and smile in the corner, because their opponent hit them back after they took all their best punches.

Saying that I can understand Joshua's frustration in seeing Fury celebrated and heralded by casuals as the greatest heavyweight, simply for overcoming some no mark.

Why train and push himself day in day out to fight credible top 10 opponents, when he could just have easily selected a few eastern european decorators and stranded refugees who are in need of work and shelter. Why remain disciplined and active throughout his career, when he could have gone off the rails partying and drinking into the early hours and be given further legendary status for being a dope fiend bum.

Ruiz would be a warm up fight for Klitschkos or Lewis

You seem very threatened by Fury, just like you seemed very threatened by Joshua until he was beaten. It seems any fighter being touted as better than Wilder or a potential big fight opponent and you spend all day, every day making sure they are undermined. It's almost as if you hope their reputations take such a hit, they won't ever fight Wilder, either for the first time in the case of AJ or once again with Fury.

Question is, why don't you rate Wilder? You should have more confidence in him....

Didn't say he did, but Joshua knows how the business works. Fury isn't fighting these guys out of personal choice, he does as instructed by ESPN who want to build the Wilder fight.

Watching that, I think he's mostly just goofing and taking a shot at Fury. But I do wonder how committed he is to winning back the belts and defending for another term of years.

Where are all these people who are saying Schwarz was a good opponent?

There's none that I've seen on this forum. People are generally saying Fury performed well *despite* the opponent through showing different sides of his skillset.

I haven't seen one person suggest that Schwarz was on a par with or anywhere near Ruiz's ability level.

It seems Fury detractors are desperate for Fury fans to be bigging up Schwarz' calibre for some reason.. but they aren't?

then use some logic. if shwarz was crap, it doesnt matter how you beat him, unless youre crap yourself. now take a look at the threads pretending fury is some awesome fighter for beating a guy who had no business being in the ring with him. do you see where logic gets dropped for nuthugging?

The English are a funny people really.

They'll still pack stadiums to see him fight with the likes of Price and the remains of David Haye. Plenty of bodies they can dig up.

Joshua's time on the international scene may be truly up with talk like this. Could be serious, serious panic attacks in the dressing room if he's forced to step in with Wilder in the future.

Your boy Joshua could hosed by the fattest, sloppiest tub-o-lard that the division has ever seen. That's truly saying something.

Keep that good bloke far, far, far away from Deontay.

Read what I'm actually replying to - "Schwarz was a pathetic opponent for Fury, no where near Ruiz level. And Fury arse lickers need to admit that."

No one on this forum is pretending Schwarz is any good or anywhere close to Ruiz level.
