andy raymond the worst commentator on television

    its a disgrace that this bloke is given a job on tele. firstly, he has NO TALENT. NO WIT. NO KNOWLEDGE OF BOXING. he comes out with stupid statements, cant pick when a fighter is hurt, (last night) has no knowledge of boxing or boxing tactics, and seeks to sensationalise the mediocre. "he just tried to wipe his nose off his face", he screamed about a wild swing....

    is he giving tv execs blow jobs? surely they dont pay HIM to be on tele??

    its an insult to boxing, the boxing public, and boxers, that this bloke is allowed to commentate on tv. i'll be turning down the volume next time he is on , so i dont have to listen to his brain dead, unimaginative, uneducated, DRIBBLE.

    Cannot agree - Andy is the best boxing commentator in Oz by a country mile.

    I think he gets it right a lot more than he gets it wrong.

    All are entitled to their opinions but geez you attack him on a personel level and I bet you don't even know the guy.

    Stick to the facts!

    I thought last nights commentating was absolutely terrible, at times it seemed there was no knowledge of the sport.

    dont need to know him. he knows nothing. last night his blind commentary (and adam watts) was a disgrace. willie hurt st clair bad early and they never picked it. the y were probably gazing into eachothers eyes (andy and adam..)

    best in oz!!!! hahahahah. hes not, but if he was, it aint sayin much!!!!!!!

    Im sorry but Paul Briggs is a very good and i feel that should be his next job and for him to do all big fights in Australia from now on.

    Barry "Mundine Cumguzzler" Michaels is the worst boxing commentator in Australia.

    Andy Raymond is ok for a play by play type.
    Best expert comments in Australia is Paul Briggs by a mile.
    I find Briggsy & Andy work well together.

    I wouldnt mind taking Andy Raymond's job.:deal

    Andy Raymond is terrible but he was right about St Clair winning the fight. Adam Watts is pretty ordinary as well.

    What happened to Troy Waters as a commentator??

    Agree kegsy, barry michael is the biggest arse kissing mundine hugger there is. The **** that pours out of his mouth when he watches the so call man fight is incredible. Its almost a sick affixation he's got on him.

    Terry Kennedy from 2KY did the mundine v soliman ..what did people think of him ...he seemed to guess the punches that where thrown


    Adam Santarossa is a good commentator ....only does radio though ...maybe fox should throw him a bone ...he does football ( soccer ) and boxing ...he is a massive boxing fan which would be a nice change from grybas , dunstall , raymond and tk

    Radio commentators Always make the best for boxing coverage , its stems from the old days when i was a lad (fight from America at 3 in the morning) , some made it seem as if you were sitting next to them , a skill if you like .

    Paul Briggs is easily the best boxing commentator we hear in Australia. He does a good job when he appears on Fox.
