I don’t think Spence wants it. Crawford has stayed his desire for the fight over n over along with bob arum. Haymon has remained silent as always n Spence has made excuse after excuse. Just saying. I hear Crawford wanting all the time n I hear Spence saying “he’s on the other side of street.” Which makes me dislike Spence and doubt his conviction.
It's possible that they won't ever fight. PBC and Spence don't seem very keen on the right. And there are no economic conditions like Pacquiao/Mayweather that will force the fight.

Wont happen until at least 2021. 2020 for Spence is going to be tied up fighting Danny Garcia. Bud needs the fight more, so not sure where he goes in the mean time.
Spence is looking tight at the weight. Might still be around at the weight next year if there’s a genuine chance of a Crawford fight being made but can’t see him still being at Welterweight in 2021.
