Is this a serious thread? I just saw the vid, he was taking a shot at Fury. Like, heh, if I was fighting bums ranked 60th it’d be easy too.

 

but AJ has 6 then if you are including breazeale. whyte and takam might have been unranked but i dont think anyone would have put stiverne ahead of them. Charles martin was ranked, that says it all for the rankings....

when i say top 10 or so, i mean based on skillset not ranking. tom schwarz was ranked number 2 in one body!

Stiverne was definitely better than Takam and Whyte is on a similar level. Takam is/was a game loser who never got a decent win. I think Malik Scott had a better career than Takam.

I ranked Breazeale on account of him beating Izu and Negron. Those wins came after the loss to Joshua. None of us are talking about sanctioning body rankings.

Don’t know why some people are jumping from one extreme to another with Joshua. His career is hardly finished, don’t know why people are so impatient to wait until the rematch and see what happens before judging him so harshly.
I’m not a massive AJ fan at all, but some people are too quick to judge on a single loss.

 

He has to take the rematch or the belts will be held hostage in America, no one will touch AJ and he’ll end up in Whyte’s situation

 

I was never a member of the Frankenroids Joshua Fan Club, I knew he was a Frank Bruno reincarnated... Noone had really attacked him until Ruiz, yeah Waldo dropped him but let him recover... Joshua was saved by the Bell in round 3 against Ruiz, if there'd been another 30 seconds on the clock Joshua would have went down for good!

 

"They" (Alphabet Soup Belts) will start stripping Ruiz of belts unless this rematch is made soon, they're already wanting to strip one and let Fury fight Pulev for the vacant title!!

So he had the title of world champion and wonders why he has fights against top competition? Dude seems kind of dumb unless I am just not understanding, then maybe Im kind of dumb.

 

He was a champion....FFS. Sure, after a beat down it would help you to work on some things and have an easy fight. Sure, his confidence has taken a severe shellacking. However, suck it up. Work on a strategy, if you had some issue (s) before the Ruiz fight get over them. Man the hell up. Or should I say....champion up. Do what others have done, not just in the ring but in life, go forward and do battle. Joshua is not the only one that has been knocked down in the ring...or in the larger ring...life. Get the hell up, dust off your britches, look it in the eye and get on with it. If not, get the hell out, you have had a good run. If he really is whining because others have it soft that is a damned immature childish way to approach anything. you either have a spine and a set of balls or you don't. It is not so bad if you get knocked down....what really matters is if you get up, and what you are like after you get up.

 

To be fair, it's hard to blame him. Look at Fury, fighting a can like Schwarz and after getting hailed as the best heavy ever and all the crazy threads following with even more nutty premises.

He fights the wrong opponent and gets "Exposed" like Joshua and he'll be thrown by the wayside...

Absolutely right,go back to that nefarious job of taking the IBF belt off Fury and it ending up with Charles Martin.Lennox Lewis quite rightly said at the time that he wasn't ready then to take on forced mandatory opponent's as he didn't have any rounds under him.Hard to say if he was right or no but it's a fact that he still struggles after five rounds.
It is worth having some perspective here though and that Fury was a second away from losing and points wise Wilder could have lost.
Guess what I'm saying is It's no bad thing having any of these guys lose,after all Ruiz lost a close one to Parker who lost to AJ.
