What's my agenda clown? Yes, I think Rigo was robbed out of a proper stoppage, I predicted a late round stoppage, and it came to fruition although it was an early stoppage. Rigo would have finished him. As someone who actually knows boxing, this is something I could foresee. Rigo was landing massive shots, it was just a matter of time that one really hurt Ceja.

I know you started watching boxing in 2018, but I've seen Ceja fight countless times, most notably his fights against Ruiz. Dude's chin is SUS.

Yup. The ref kinda screwed Rigo with that extremely dubious call.

I would have at least had Ceja walk to one side or take a couple more steps toward him to see how wobbly he really was, yeah.

It was great to watch but crazy tactics on his behalf. But you're right, he gets booed for running, booed for quitting, and booed for standing to-to-toe and slugging it out mano e mano with a hard punching Mexican warrior and for displaying toughness and a good chin too.

Yep. Rigo would have stopped him. Dude got hurt bad, he definitely could continue and would have survived. But Rigo had another 3 rounds to land a big shot like that again, and it would have happened.

ceja. watch him put his arms out to cushion his fall, watch him get up with plenty of time, watch the ref do what he had already decided to do.

Not exactly right but your boy was doing a pretty good job. I wish the ref would have let him continue. I am curious to see how it was scored up to that point...

Rigo was in the can not win club even when he did.
I liked how he faced Ceja tonight but the ref could have let it go to the next round.

Yeah. Like I said, it was a bad stoppage. But I don't think it was as bad as the Acosta stoppage, especially since it was the 12th round. Both early stoppages nonetheless, and funny enough both early stoppages made my predictions right. I predicted that Soto would land a massive left hook counter and stop Acosta, that happened though stoppage was early(imo also robbed Soto a chance of a proper KO), and I predicted Rigo stopping Ceja late. Again, Rigo was robbed of a proper victory and this win will be questioned since it was an early stoppage, and controversial because it was at the end of the round.
