His power was gone in 2010? Pacquiao forced Clottey into a useless shell, caved Margarito's face in, and had Mosley running for dear life (who later fought toe to toe w/ Canelo)... Just some examples. Then under VADA testing, he beat the crap out of Rios to the point he was pulling his punches, dominated and destroyed Bradley in the third fight, knocked Chris Algieri down six times, schooled and shut out Vargas, and then made Broner run for survival, which is crazy because Broner walked down and hurt Mikey and Maidana in the late rounds and dropped Porter in the 12th. Under USADA/Floyd testing, Pacquiao stunned Floyd twice, had him initiating 20+ clinches, and running for survival. But Floyd walked Ortiz, Maidana, Guerrero, Berto, and even Canelo down. Dude, your parents really hit the lottery with you. You're extra special indeed.

Of course, I think most fighters juice, and I know that physique is not always an indicator for it (Miller, Toney, ect) These are just names that stand out and has me suspecting they do it based solely on appearance and the contexts of their appearance.
I thought about listing him. But the only red flag I know of is his IV use pre Pac fight. Which... admittedly... seems pretty damning. But I dont know enough about that situation to form a preliminary judgment.
I'd be happy to provide you with some details! Basically, Floyd received over 14X the allowable limit of IV fluids per WADA code. Anything over 50 ml must be administered at a medical facility as IV fluids are a popular method for making PEDs. USADA issued Floyd a TUE, something they didn't do for BJ Penn. In fact, they suspended him and Penn received only 50 ml of IV fluids, under the care of a doctor, compared to Floyd's 750 ml. Floyd can be seen drinking from a liter-sized bottle of Fiji Water right after the weigh in. Floyd claimed that he was severely dehydrated. How did that happen? Did Floyd go for a 10 mile run in the desert and refused to drink water during or after? There's a FightHype video of Floyd that night laughing and talking with Ben Thompson. Not exactly the picture of a man who was severely dehydrated hours before.

Mayweather 100 percent. Dont get me wrong I dont beleive the peds are the reason he is as good as he is but he is in far too good shape for a guy his age. I dont care how clean living he is. His natural testosterone will be declining slowly. He shouldn't be looking physically better than ever.
