Brilliant. Fingers crossed this comes together. An absolute barnstormer of a British fight which would be a fantastic win for either. You'd have to favour Smith because of his size but he'll find it tremendously hard to hit Billy. I love the matchup.

 

I think Billy Joe would outbox him over twelve rounds quite convincingly, Smith doesn't through enough punches obviously he has a punchers chance but Saunders also has a great chin

 

I think that sums it up for me. I think Smith's best chance would probably from a body shot.

 

Hearn always says he doesn't stand in the way of his fighters making a big payday so let's see if that's true.

As someone else mentioned, I can see Sky making an offer too. They'll be looking for some more PPV-worthy fights (that's not me saying it's PPV-worthy btw!) as they're way behind how many they like doing each year.

 

Massive fight and fantastic match up. As long as it had a strong undercard, I wouldn't complain too much about this being a PPV. Can't pick a winner either, which is a sure sign of a good match up.
