Know what you mean by that lol but Smith is clearly a superior being at the weight class which is a massive skill in itself and will be very hard to beat as long as he can make the weight well. Kovalev clearly isn’t quite what he was and I think Canelo/DLH are ready to pounce on this.

You'd quit if your testes had been hammered all fight long like Kovalev's were while ref Tony Weekes looked the other way. Should have DQ'd Ward

If Canelo wants to play for Kovalev's belt, he can afford to pay for Kovalev's belt.

But let me guess this same Tony Weeks in PBF-Maidana "let em fight" right?

Referees can be bought or errr persueded to look the other way as you know both Cortez & Bayless were with your hero Fluffy FllIVd. You know that

I caught you again being a hypocrite. Weeks did a great job in PBF-Maidana 2 he "let them fight" as you said but in Ward-Kovalev 2 weeks did a horrible job when he "let them fight" Log off.

While I am far from dismissing Canelo's power, some people are just going to mark up with enough punches of the right (or wrong) type, and I can't help but replay in my head that classic clip of Canelo losing a bit of his soul when hitting GGG with his best shot and GGG continuing to advance on him like nothing significant happened :D

I would take it, and kick Canelo's ass. that would be quite the statement

Canelo got a mouse on his eye and some swelling on both. Makes sense because his body was drained and depleted. Canelo 's face looked worse here than in both GGG fights.
