They wont though The CSAC know they goofed, Richardson was exposed as a liar. The only offence committed was Javier Capetillo accidentely put a used pad instead of a new one in the wrap. The pad was soft & deemed harmless by the testing lab. All they found on it was suggested human SWEAT!!

Tony Margarito committed the cardinal sin he LEGITIMATELY kicked the fancied fighters ass when he wasnt supposed to. Before the fight Oscar was bragging he wanted to winner of the fight as his final hurrah to " Go out in a blaze of glory " When he saw what Tony did to Cotto he rapidly lost interest LOL We all know how scared of Tony FlIVd was he made him lose control of his bowels in fear & "retired" LOL
But Margarito had to go!!!!!! Now do you understand???
Its plain as day to me

But the CSAC inspector watched Tony's hands wrapped,
passed & signed off on them BEFORE Richardson made his spurious claims. How come he wasnt called as a witness??

Bull feces!!! What you wrote doesn’t make any sense. Could someone give me a logical explanation as to why the CSAC would frame and ban Margarito.

I asked the same thing since when did the CSAC get in the business of suspending innocent fighters and if Margo felt he was innocent why in the hell didn't he sue? You never get an answer to those questions.

I believe he was guilty. The beatings he inflicted were vicious. His opponents just couldn't take it anymore and quit. That all came to a screeching halt after his wraps were checked.

Arum was against Margarito getting banned but never sued to overturn the CSAC’s decision. It just doesn’t make sense unless Margarito was guilty.

Ask the CSAC? I did Ask Richardson ? I did. Neither would give me an answer. When asked if the pads were available for inspection the CSAC rep said " Srr Err no they have been mislaid we do not have them anymore "
    I rest my case

How do you sue someone that has never even indicted you ?? DUMBO!! What the CSAC did was revoke his licence to box in California because they BELIEVED he had tried to load his gloves ROFLMAO They were prosecution, judge & jury. In other word it was a Kangaroo court. They had no evidence on which to indict him

Innocent men don't go along with a suspension have their good name tarnished if they aren't guilty. He was guilty that's why he didn't try and sue them.

No you are. Margo could have sued the CSAC to get his license back for unlawful suspension if he wanted to and thought he was innocent. They are not above the law.

The California Superior Court has reversed decisions of the CSAC before. The CSAC doesn’t have the last word in these matters.
