    Can we knock this off already? Not a single fighter is willing to literally be killed in the ring for a boxing match. Yes I know they gotta act tough and all that, but come on, this is played out

    Yeah, Caleb Plant is talking too much about it. I guess just trying to look very intimidating doesn't work on Mike Lee. :smile:

    I'm sure they are aware of the fact that it could happen anytime they get in there. A few names come to mind pretty quickly, as mentioned above, Margarito, Gatti, Ward, Blackwell ect.

    ALi said the closest he came to death was in the ring. At no time did he look like quitting.

    Gerald McCellan said Julion Jackson would have to kill him to leave with his belt. After rabbit blow after rabbit blow, against Benn, he kept on fighting until he dropped to his knees, never to walk again.

    Tex Cobb- pick a fight! LOL!

    Marciano fought on 2 occasions with his nose literally looking like it was ripped off his face. No sign of quit.

    One lone black man named Jack Johnson walking to a ring where every racist epithet was thrown his way, yet he seemed to cool, willing to do what it took to beat a man that cops were so against it..they forced the stoppage of the film. That man wasn't afraid to die on his way to the ring, in the ring or afterwards.

    A lot do talk that talk, but these guys walked the walk.

    If Plant keeps running his mouth about David Benavidez and signs on the dotted line to fight him I see a horrific beating coming his way and him uttering the words No Mas through bloody swollen lips and broken teeth.

    Amir Khan, you’d have to kill him to get him out of there. Crawford was lucky that fight was stopped early with that blow-blow.
