False. Pac asked for Crawford and Arum killed the fight. He didn't want to risk Crawford losing. Pac also asked for Lomachenko, but Lomachenko's father turned down the fight. Arum was willing to risk Lomachenko, but not Crawford (his potential American superstar).

Strangely enough, Crawford said that the fight would only happen at 140 when he was there.

Like I said, Pac said he wanted the fight and Arum killed it because he didn't want to risk Crawford losing to a guy whose contract was up. Therefore, Pac didn't duck Crawford. And the fact the Crawford said 140 only is suspicious and casts doubt on whether he actually wanted to fight Pac.
