Trevor Bryan is okay as a tune-up if he's facing Wilder in February. Same with Jarrell Miller. Neither of them are good but they are okay as tune-ups. I'm giving Fury a bit of a pass, since he jumped in with Wilder "too soon" on December 1, 2018. I'll give him at least 12 months from then to have a few easy ones, but I want to see him against Wilder or Ruiz/Joshua in the first half of 2020.
Very disappointing that big fat roided baby is given a fight so soon after failing 3 drugs tests. Fighters and promoters should have nothing to do with this piece of rubbish. Another low for boxing.
He was asked the question which boxer do you dislike and he stated WK. Did not go into detail but he made it clear they both simply detest each other - from his side he did refer to WK giving him little credit post fight.
How funny, I went to one of these shows last week (not Glasgow) and what was said was completely different to your show, especially the WK thing, even the AJ and EH stuff . I can’t believe He would say one thing but mean/do another !?!?
I get the feeling that his mood dictates what comes out on the night - very unpredictable man. Was very surprised myself that he did not steam into Tony Dosh and Matchroom when Phelps was giving him the leading questions.
This content is protected Gerald Washington giving himself a shout for a crack at Fury next maybe? Charles Martin also got the win but it was underwhelming.
Mike Coppinger saying Ortiz Wilder is now in November not September 28th. Will this push back potential Wilder Fury II?
I would like Fury to fight someone a level above Seferi, Pianetta, Schwarz level as it's getting tiresome but it looks like he will stay at that level with Trevor Byran. It' s pretty bad when the likes of Charles Martin and Washington have beem levels above 3 or his last 4 opponents.
If Ruiz wins rematch Haymon will obviously want undisputed fight. Then they have Wilder/Fury rematch/trilogy for undisputed.
