Clearly a dig at me but not sure why. No one is debating purse splits here. Just thinking logically about what Yarde is likely to do in the event that Kovalev chooses not to fight Yarde.

It’s not a dig at you. Nasal spray liked the post you put up but doesn’t have any input whatsoever about any fight. Just money, splits and contracts. Show me any fighter he’s talked about skills he’s got, or his perform or anything about any fighter other than money/contracts/crowd numbers.

Ok. In your opinion if Kovalev doesn’t face Yarde next, then what’s best for the UK fans in terms of Yarde’s next opponent.

Should fight Ramirez, a bloke who’s new to the division and probably be a good time to catch him.

Eddie Hearn stepping in to help shaft Yarde/Warren.

If this was the other way round and it was Warren doing it, cut throat would call it “a g move”.

Any attempt from Hearn to step in and save the deal will be futile. It sounds like a ridiculous proposition anyway. Kovalev wants a big money fight with Canelo and he wants to get paid for that fight. If he loses to Canelo he may end up just retiring and not fight on so a multi-fight proposal will probably not appeal to him.

In any event, Hearn is probably just bringing in the tea and biscuits to help Hoya and Klimas trash out a deal.

Warren has already stated Yarde would be happy with step aside money. Doesn’t seem to be too unhappy at not getting the fight providing he’s paid

**** potential opponents from “sources”. What do YOU think would be a great fight for the fans next if its not Yarde vs Kov?

Weird that you find it so hard to answer.

Its hard to answer cause we have no idea who will be available, what date, etc. etc.

Ignoring all those factors? I'd like to see him against Beterbiev but who knows what Beterbievs plan is for his next fight.
