Fury got caught and dropped twice despite being 10 x more elusive than Whyte. With Wilder you have to be lucky all the time, he has to be lucky once. I'd expect Whyte to come charging out the gates with this one though.

Still wouldn't change the outcome. Whyte doing the funky scarecrow on the bottom rope.

Bingo’d....by round 3. Whyte starfished on canvas, face doing the best Harvey Price expression you’ll ever see. Not hating on the lad, just stylistically it’s a horrible match-up for him.

Let’s not pretend Whyte was lucky to hear the bell at the end of the first round vs Joshua. Wilder seems to have more devastating single punch power than Joshua so I don’t see it ending well for Whyte. Wilder within 6.

Just like to add Whyte has done fantastic to get as far as he has with such limited ability. Massive heart in the ring and worked hard. He’s not a top boxer though and will fall short against high level opponents especially your Wilder’s and Fury’s.

I don't think Wilder has the style to beat Whyte like you say he will. To beat Whyte you need to break him down via accumulation to wither away his stamina and resistance. The guy is tough as nails, I don't think he's the type to be one-punch KO'd, especially early.

The more I think of it the more I think Whyte is a really bad fight for Wilder.

Its just funny Wilder isnt as confident as the first 20 posters, no doubt americans, in this thread.

If he was confident and if he was interested in a measly 12 million dollars to hurt someone legally... he should take the fight.

I for one would be laughing my arse off when Whyte proves all the naysayers wrong.

Whyte would do better than Stiverne... Whyte can whoop that ass better than anyone Wilder has or would face

Whyte would be under instruction from Barry to do literally anything to damage Wilder's career, if that included a whole range of fouls up to being DQ'ed, I have absolutely no doubt Whyte would do it.

Fouls are a part of boxing always has been always will be but when Parker got headbutted it was accidental... roughing him up is part of the game

When Chisora elbowed Whyte that was illegal and very blatant.. if you wanna elbow someone go take up Muay Thai

Whyte doesnt need to foul to beat wilder , and it wouldnt work anyway against a much taller man

Whyte just needs a few body shots and I GUARANTEE YOU Wilder will fold into an ironed shirt permanently.

It is against physics for a 220 pound 6 ft 7 man to absorb that type of punishment to the midsection from Whyte.

No way in gods green earth would Wilder will survive them

And its easy for Whyte to land it.. you cant move your torso like your head.

May the best man win but I back Dillian all day

Wilder is too much of a ***** to take the fight anyway

Thats why he is running to Fury Ortiz and Kownacki and not the number 1 contender for 609 days

TBH, all "bantz" aside, I hope they do meet up. It's an interesting match-up.

    Whyte will get knocked out

    Joshua knocked him out
    Parker rocked him
Chisora pretty much had him done if he was five years young and a tiny bit more power
Probably a few more occasions that he has been in troubl
