Ok moving on. Daniel has quite the physique on him given his young age. Lots of lean muscle than there that doesn't come easy. Fair play lad.

Anyone with decent power stops him, there is no head movement. Those arm punches and pressure won't work at the top level as soon as he gets clipped by something remotely heavy

Guys like Whyte or even Parker would seriously decapitate Joyce

 

Should be calling out the winner of Whyte and Rivas not that bum.

 

I understand they are trying to hype Joyce a bit, get people talking about him and make big fights down the road.

But to just blatantly lie and then try and spin this performance by Joyce in to some sort of great performance is so dishonest and disgusting.

It was what it wa, a slow, laboured, boring fight, but it was a win and that's the most important thing, they should have been saying "It wasn't a great spectacle but Joyce has proved he can go 12, he keeps winnings and will learn a lot from that"

That would have been enough, a fair assessment, but to start complaining that the crowd were "unmoved" and ask why Joyce isn't being loved like Bruno was is beyond reasonable and insulting to Boxing fans.

 

For such a good card on paper it’s been a bit boring so far. Let’s hope this is a classic or at least some sort of explosive finish.

This is like I was saying before, this is why Haye was drafted in for BT and Tyson had absolutely no problem with - Haye can speak more sense to the casuals than most of the BT lot. I’d personally get rid of John Rawlings.

 

UK Heavyweight boxing has never had this level of depth.
