Bigger, taller, dirtier, harder head and elbows? things of that nature. Porter is a midget with T-rex arms.
Thurman schools him, and drops him a couple times also, horn is being overated due to that horrible PAC robbery.
Youth and ridiculous size (Horn looked like he was 3 divisions bigger) Horn recover. Plus Pac blew his load.
Overstated? Yet the ref was about to stop the fight in horns hometown. Horn got away with murder in that fight and he has been overrated as a result of that robbery, Thurman schools him.
You are 100% right mate. This guy has no idea he is just a blind cheerleader for Horn. It is obvious to anyone who knows boxing that Horn is crap. Some people scored him rounds for merely just surviving, like Atlas said after the fight you don't get rounds for trying.
The ref was proven wrong for even considering it and the fight was close and clearly no robbery either way
Go to any thread about Horn and guarantee this fool repeats the same tired arguments and it's been proven many times by me and others that he is totally clueless about the sport
Schools him? possible but it wont be easy as you envision. I know Horn doesn't get love here for petty reasons. But if you let go of the hate. You can see a very awkward and difficult boxer to deal with. The key to this fight is how Thurman deals with the physicality of Horn because he does things that are usually illegal but he does it in a way that the ref lets it slide with out a warning.
42 year old Randall Bailey had Horn on ***** St and almost out. Horn was lucky that Bailey was to old to finish him.
Horn could definitely hurt Thurman, but it must be pointed out that unlike Pacquiao, 1-time does know how & when to infight & clinch (we saw it against Josesito & Collazo; now it could be argued that somebody on Thurman's level has no excuse to be needing to clinch against fossils like Josesito & Collazo, but..) and could fall back on that if his plan A, to simply outbox Horn, didn't work out perfectly.
Wasting my time replying to you as your nothing but a fan boy, like most times when talking about Horn you are blinded by hate and wrong as Horn wasn't close to being out at all, sure Horn was wobbly from the shot and his glove touched the canvas to cause the knockdown but your overstating the damage like you did when Horn was a little wobbled against Pacquio in the 9th round. Horns ability to overcome damage in both fights is far more note worthy then any flash knockdowns as anybody can land a lucky shot in this sport and the fighters ability to overcome if/when it happens is a far better indication of the quality of a fighter.
