Who isn't a tomato can then? Fury decimates everyone at heavyweight. Ruiz wouldn't land a punch.

Fury is like Ward or Mayweather. He might not look like he hits hard but fighters feel his shots and are reticent to just bull forward on him. And when he puts weight on his shots fighters get rocked. Wilder didn't feel Fury's power all night until he tried to go in for the kill and got rocked by that big left. Chisora got his face all mashed up and looked like he'd been stung by a swarm of bees. Hammer (who lasted the distance against Povetkin and Ortiz) got dropped hard and quit on his stool.

He might not hit like you'd expect a guy his size to hit, but he's no feather fist by any means.

    Best pure boxer HW sure.

Best hw in terms of proving himself? Not by a long shot.

His best most credible win is over a 40 year old emotionally wrecked Wlad who was going through personal problems with his wife and new born, and on top of that had to fight a prime Fury pumped full of Nandrolone decanoate

Then his next live opponent is Wilder who he gets knocked out against and then forfeits having a immediate rematch after claiming robbery

But yeah best on Heavy weight on the planet by a country mile in La La Land!

In other words, Fury fought another guy who wasn't a top heavyweight and failed to knock him out.

    I would put it another way: he's a featherfist for a 260lb guy - but he's still a 260lb guy.

Fury should forget about hitting hard and work on his exceptional skills instead.

Thing is he can punch hard when he wants. He just chooses, more often than not, to hang back and throw pitty pat shots while clowning all over the ring. Abell felt his full power when they fought.

At least we are all honest here, Fury is a weak man for his size.

    Very weak.

Good dodging ability, good range but if he wasn’t as tall he wouldn’t even be a contender.. another Hughie Fury

If he doesn't plant his feet he's never going to generate power, and his style is all about movement and keeping moving. Still, I agree that you can't just bumrush him, because he's gonna catch you with a counter and we all saw what Wilder's face looked like by the end.

Fury hardly ever throws whilst on the front foot. Hence the lack of power because his weight is always transferred to his back foot so he can pivot. When he does punch on the front foot people definitely feel it.

This. Fury actually has very good power, but purposely avoids putting too much in his punches so he doesn’t gas out or leave himself wide open to counters. Wilder was sucking wind in the last round against Fury from throwing all of those power shots.
