I disagree. Manny easily the best p4p of the last 30 years. But Duran is better p4p.

Also Barrera and Pacquiao are friends. So Barrera might be a little biased. Morales and Pac and Barrera are all friends now.

Nobody likes that pee drinker Marquez though. Hes still so bitter to this day. He should bow down and thank Manny every day for making him a millionaire so he could stop working as an accountant.

Barrera didn't just say that because they are friends. In that case, he would have said Pacquiao was the GOAT.

I wouldn't argue with that, taking everything in to account Manny sits at the top with all of them ever

I was really overwhelmed with joy to see Pacquiao reunited with Morales to other day. They talked with a lot of friendliness. Both are legends and the once two rivals in boxing are now good friends. Same with Barrera too. Friendship and brotherhood exist in boxing even among rivals. Ali, Frazier and Foreman. Duran, Leonard, Hagler and Hearns. Tszyu and Nelson. Now this. This is manner and nature that makes boxing a real gentlement sport.

As I said, when the curtains go down, fans will realise that they severely underestimated where Pac ranks all time. I know many claim Pac isn’t even top 20 all time yet.

Ali, Duran, srl, srr, those guys are kind of hard to argue against. Srl resume is just ridiculous for little fights too.

Those guys are followed by Pac and floyd mid to low top 10.

Difficult for me to place guys like greb, Langford, Armstrong, pep. All p4p guys but hard to put into context how good they were because there’s not much tape on them and so long ago.

SRR was to me the first that fought like a modern boxer and that’s why he was so successful.

This does not mean much. That is like Hearns Duran Leonard and Hagler saying they are all the best.

I'd rank Pacquiao near Duran personally.

Just because you can't see atoms doesn't mean they don't exist.

For me, the Grebs if this world rate higher than Pac. That being said, Pac is one of the greatest fighters of this generation whose resume for example completely shits over Floyd's.

I hope in history people understand the paid judges decision to Floyd over past prime Pac is not a measure between the two.

    Poor analogy. Completely irrelevant.

Greatness is an abstract concept to begin with, unlike atoms, and a huge part of that is context.

Royce Gracie was a pioneer of MMA when it began, but he would get killed by the top guys today. Doesn’t change his greatness but back then, this 160lb man could beat 250lb men, which would be difficult to do today. But he could do that because the competition was a lot weaker in general, and MMA was still developing as a sport. It still is.

Similarly with Greb. And watching the old fighters, they looked terrible. Similar to how you can see the skills have improved in MMA today vs even just 10 years ago.

Modern boxing started with SRR and Ali really took it to the next level. That’s why the guys in the 70s are just as good today technically. All the guys before 50s were primal.

Both Morales and Barrera doesn't like Marquez because they know he's a cheat PEDs SOB.

Anyone who couldn't beat JMM clearly in 4 fights isn't # 2 on anyone's list.:deal: What a ridiculous statement by MAB.

And yet Morales was the only one who tested positive and not Marquez.

    Deal with it.

There has been 0 evidence to link Marquez with ANY cheating.

To be honest I don't even have Ali as #1. To have Pacquiao as #2 GOAT is WAAAYYYY too big of a stretch for me, but I respect MAB's opinion.
