This is officially Matías' first taste of professional boxing past six rounds.

Does Buddy McGirt not say "baby" anymore? I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth from ESPN+

Buddy McGirt calling for the double jab like he got the Jack Loew "how to coach boxing" VHS tape

Ward's early scorecard & commentary made it clear he is biased in favor of Dadashev (at least stylistically), but he is being honest now saying that he doesn't think Dadashev is drifting away from McGirt's strategies because he is looking for a KO, but rather, quite the opposite, is frightened of getting KTFO himself.

Dadashev needs to stop throwing pitty pats and add in some stiff jabs.

Maybe an untapped market for the big corporations' home assistant robots: coaching boxers.

"Alexa/Siri, how many jabs are best?"
"Two jabs are better than one, Maksim. Also, remember to stop at Whole Foods and restock on cabbage..."

5-2 or 4-3 Dadashev. Dadashev is sticking and moving. Mattias came forward but didn't land hardly a thing that round.

    Round 7

Matías is just tooling Dadashev with the stiff jab up top, and then whipping in uppercuts into the midsection, often caught partially on Dadashev's elbows but generally either bashing through or subverting them, dropped an inch or two below. Dadashev is circling in closer now, legs unable to carry him too far away from his pursuer, initiating some clinches or just leaning on Matías, working light body shoeshines.

    10-9 Matías

    68-65 Matías
