wilder is 1/2. I respect Whyte and he’s gone on some run of wins but that is buying money. Whyte is too vulnerable to making mistakes and wilder would eventually catch him.
it's a 50/50 fight. You gotta trust in the team that has made Whyte what he is today. A focused, diligent team that has adapted to each type of fighter Whyte has fought, and there has been a wide variety. They understand that enough time is needed to prepare for a fighter like Wilder, and Whyte has shown that he is improving, significantly, with each and every fight, which we can't say the same for many others in his age bracket. Remember the likes of Stiverne's and Spilkas who took rounds off Wilder, and Ortiz... and Whyte isn't any less durable than any of them... nay... his defence is better. Since 2016 Whyte has developed a noticeably tighter guard with his fighting style. Coupled with being a natural counter puncher, Wilder won't find home for his power easily without paying the price, I guarantee you that Wilder at 212, will not sustain the body punishment, even at 230 he will still not survive the body punishment. If Whyte is smart, with a gameplan to supress Wilders money shot, and evade... Wilder will be destroyed. Don't count Whyte out so easily, he has the best chance out there to beat Wilder, outside of Fury.
Wilder starches him easy. I'd bet the house on it. Are odds globally equalised? The brits are notorius for betting on the home fighter and narrowing the odds. British hype machine at its best.
And Wilder isnt vunerable to making mistakes? Washingtons jab caused Wilder problems that saw him winning 3 of the 4 rounds going into the 5th round. Szpilka Was out boxing Wilder going into the 9th causing Wilder issues with his movement. Ortiz was getting the better of Wilder for the majority of the fight and had rocked and badly hurt him in one of the rounds. Fury should have won their fight. I think Whytes Jab, left hook and body work is going to cause Wilder a whole lot issues.
Whyte is a sucker for an uppercut. Wilder throws an uppercut (which is another one of his good punches) and then follows up with a right hand to put Whyte away in the 1st round.

I agree. Whyte is a fine fighter but is as good now as he will ever be. The point that people miss is that Wilder is relatively new to the sport and is only getting better. He looked much better in the last fight with Breazele. I believe that the added weight really helped him. Also Whyte slowed down significantly in Rounds 9-12 against Rivas. Wilder's endurance is fantastic and Whyte would not make it into the late rounds like that against Wilder. He would have to knock him out within 9 rounds. I don't see that happening.
Whyte eats every punch in the book in EVERY fight he is in .............he especially eats right hands and you cannot miss him with a right even if you tried..........I let you Rockets scientists figure out how that kind of defense works out against Wilder.................this fight has a Breazele ending written all over it.
Whyte is getting better all the time, you don't have enough evidence to say he won't get better. Wilder won't get better because he has a lot of mileage, and he is already mid 30's. Wilder did not show any improvement against Breazeale, Breazeale was a bad match for Wilders attributes from the start... Wilder made the same mistakes Wilder always makes... sloppy windmill punches leaving himself exposed then he got rocked and back to the ropes by Breazeale on the counter exchange. If Why avoids the power punch of Wilder, like Spilka, Whyte would stop Wilder before the 9th.
And who exactly has better defense then? Because frankly, I believe you are chatting out of your arse, and I would like some shred of evidence to back your weak claims. Because last time I checked, Wilder get's caught just as easily IF NOT MORE. So stop acting like Whyte is a punch magnet, or particularly bad at defending... when you couldn't be FURTHER from the truth. You're a hater.

LOL Pros.......Whyte comes to fight, has heart, is tough and makes the most of his limited talent, not a quitter, not featherfisted but average power at best Cons.......easy to hit, lack of natural talent, sloppy, home town fighter mentality , poor stamina and questionable chin, poor fundamentals, poor footwork with slow speed of foot and hand, very limited punch selection...................never in a easy fight even against ham and eggers.
