Why was Foreman so effective against Frazier? Yet in no fight he's had Wilder has NEVER shown the ability to do. And the wild swinging, hitting with the bottom of his fist , always telegraphing, no left hook Wilder wouldn't beat Frazier. Sorry. Old Foreman was able to land on prime young Holyfield, and Moorer repeatedly (Both much better fighters than Wilder ) but Wilder is such a defensive specialist Old Foreman wouldn't lay a glove on him.....Really?

Holyfield wasn't quick enough but Wilder would? Ridiculous...

here is video of 15-0 Foreman in 1970 holding on at the end of the fight to keep from going down against 197 pound Gregorio Peralta who started his career in 1958. If "Little George" (6-3, 215) could fight Wilder I'd be concerned that the referee could rescue LG quick enough when he started falling around, fatigued like he was against Peralta, Ali, Young, and Lyle, or anybody who put up any kind of fight after 2 or 3 rounds...would not want to see Wilder hitting him in that condition! Ali said after the Foreman fight that he let Foreman have 2 rounds of "steady punching, then after that he was mine, he was falling, he was missing...". A small man who lacked stamina and speed and who was used to fighting smaller men, in with the long, tall, fast, powerful Wilder... that could be a recipe for a serious injury.

Foreman would club his ass flat and Wilder would wake up in hospital shouting "bomb squad".

Foreman starts fast. Wilder starts slow.
Foreman has a jab. Wilder was befuddled by Washington's jab.
Foreman has good footwork. Wilder has good footwear.

Yes, Wilder hits exceptionally hard. But Foreman has an exceptional chin.

    I'd give Wilder a puncher's chance, I guess.

I´m not going to say that Wilder is gonna bomb wild swinging Foreman away, but the approval Foreman gets in this thread is a total joke.

I bet not even 5 % of the bigmouths here would call out their secure bets, if a fight like that would happen in reality. Particularly not with the knowledge of Foreman having one or two title fights (70s state).

Both beeing like 4X - 0 and 95 % KOs, this is a close fight. I don´t like Foremans leaky defense against the sharpshooting quicker bomber.

Yeah, he was a novice and looks like a complete novice. It was his first real pro fight, something Wilder waited 30 fights for. He looks tired at the end, but he won the fight against quality opponent.
"Little George" was 6'4 and 220+lbs in his prime and he destroyed "modern giants" as an old man, praised by everyone for his power and strength. The same "Little George" who can't fight after 2-3 rounds needed one year to KO Peralta in 10th round (so what you say is not true). His KO wins after 4th round:

    Jack O'Halloran 5th round KO (15-0)
George Johnson 7th round KO (20-0)
Gregorio Peralta 10th round KO (28-0)
Ron Lyle 5th round KO (41-1)
Joe Frazier 5th round KO (42-1)
Dwight Muhammad Quawi 7th round KO (53-2)
Mark Young 7th round KO (60-2)
    J.B. Williamson 5th round KO (62-2)
Pierre Coetzer 8th round KO (72-3)
Michael Moorer 10th round KO (73-4)

He also has quite a few UD wins, so your genius plan is actually wrong.
Indeed, Wilder could end up injured fighting this "small man who lacked stamina and speed".

You can’t look at one Foreman fight and extrapolate results in an hypothetical bout with Wilder.

George is an ATG with ATG characteristics such as durability, will to win. Wilder is nothing aside from his amateur level skills and a right hand punch. Wilder has no defense. Prime Foreman would crush Wilder within two rounds.

People are thinking of Wilder landing on Foreman and thinking OMG.

I would be much more worried about Foreman landing big on Wilder, which frankly is much much more likely.

Indeed, say all you want about Foreman defense but he at least proved that he's very tough to hurt. Wilder hasn't shown anything close to Foreman chin and he doesn't have better defense than him either.

Wilder's greatest achievement so far was completely expunging the Sconiers KD from the internet.

Go ahead and look for it. There's not a trace.

Again with the 215 BS?!? I addressed this earlier.

Foreman was the bigger man than Wilder full stop without factoring PED's to inflate Wilders skinny arse. Foreman might have weighed in 215 or so early doors in his career (when his trainers tried boiling him down) but other than that he was a legit 220-230 pounder. You parrot this **** all the time and the facts refute it so give it up.

Wilder flailed like a novice against a Tyson Fury who hadn't fought anyone in 3 years and he was exposed as the limited one trick pony that he is. A journeyman level fighter in Chisora beat Artur Szpilka more emphatically than Wilder could so the myth of him needs to be put in perspective. He has great power, but he is a terrible boxer, not particularly physical, can't body punch whatsoever, can't set up shots and has an unproven or iffy chin.

Foreman ****s him every day of the week.

I envision a similar bout as George’s KO of Ken Norton.

Wilder broke his hand in the first fight. More than made up for it the second time around.

Foreman’s bout with Lyle was his first after being off for 15 months. Try again.
