I don't want to discredit what Joshua did so far just because he lost one fight. He would be very dangeorus opponent for Dempsey, one of the most dangerous he fought in fact.

Interestingly though, Ruiz also got hit first. Maybe Dempsey would also finish overconfident Joshua? After all, very few fighters fought so well when hurt.

I certainly wouldn't say it's out of the realm of possibility.

Mark, Dempsey bobs and weaves out of a crouch ala Frazier. Frazier beat Ali in 71 and took him to hell and back in 75.

Dempsey was a VERY quick fighter both of hand and foot. He slipped punches exceptionally well. There is one sequence in his second bout with Tunney where Dempsey slips 8 consecutive punches as one example.

Ruiz is an unproven contender as is AJ. Dempsey considered the greatest hwt we have ever had for decades.

Lol, some need to do at LEAST A LITTLE RESERCH, before they stick their own foot in their mouth... I'm not a Dempsey fan, personally I think he's a bit overrated. BUT! Joshua clearly had shown well before Ruiz he had major holes in his game, and was winning fights by his atheletiscim and good management, his skill level is rudimentary (Like Wilder) . Dempsey knew how to FIGHT and was a true pro. Dempsey avoids the telegraphed punches for a few rds( he'd only need to do it for about 5rds) Then he'd proceed to destroy the tired giant.

Dempsey was an extremely fast, very hard punching determined and ferocious fighter. He was out to kill you from the first to last bell.

No, but he's slower than Dempsey. His hand speed is very impressive for 260 lbs obese fighter. Dempsey's hand speed is impressive for a LHW. That's the difference.

I took an IQ test in 2008 I scored 78,79 and 84 in the verbal test, the pass mark is 85, a few yeaers ago I took a computer IQ test and scored 90, the average prisoner has an IQ of 92, IQ tests are bull.

AJ`s punches are tight and sharp he throws in combos and is well trained.
