Reading the BBOC protocol it seems like not. Due process means the fighter isn't deemed guilty of any breach until the B sample comes back.
You're not making a lot of sense. 1. Stiverne was a mandatory 2. Ortiz was highly ranked with the WBC and better than Whyte 3. Fury needs no explanation 4. Breazeale was mandated Whyte as a fill-in for any of them doesn't make a lot of sense. As for Ortiz II, he had a PBC deal lined up earlier this year including the Wilder fight and almost won the first time so there's not much room to complain.
No I'm saying AJ isn't juicing yet many seem to Think he somehow has a special formula to beat a test that nobody else has access too.
I could understand failing a drug test at a certain level where the boxers dont have the wealth eg Whytes orignal failed drug test claiming it was Jack 3D pre workout. However at this level where you have nutritionists it is either blatant cheating or complete negligence.
what so you mean? first of all lets wait what comes out of it. eveytime people are too quick to judge. Do you think jarell miller is about to make his comeback in no time and whyte wont ??? this is only a little bit more politics for eddie hearn and nothing more. This is the sport for years and years now
They had a week to test the B sample though. It smells fishy to me. Reading Thomas Hauser's report it seems his source isn't UKAD or the BBBoC but someone else. I just don't see Hearn ranting about Pac if he knew Whyte had failed and it was going to come out. Wonder if he's got away with it in the past?
Also excuse my naivety regarding the issue but can people clarify 2 incidents for me? Miller - failed mutiple drugs tests but is being discussed as the Fury oppoenent? The background regarding Povetkin vs Wilder. From what i read Povetkin failed the drugs test which Wilder backed out of but Povetkin was able to sue and win a case against Wilder for backing out of the fight? Nothing to do with Whyte but out curiosity, could someone please clarify and break it down for me?
Eddie Hearn is SCREWED if this is true. this actually looks worse for Eddie Hearn than it does for Whyte... because he turned a blind eye to it (if its true) and let the fight go on, despite going down hard on Miller, saying how disgusting his actions were... do u see the hypocrisy here???
Clearly Ive been getting under your skin for this response, how about we wait for more information before jumping the gun??
Kinda different. Miller failed and then his B sample failed. http://imgur.com/gallery/7drQmpi Check the last paragraph. If anything Whyte is protected by the British boxing board of control as as of now they do not class him as breached any rules. The boards protocols are the issue here.
We don't need a B-sample. And for that matter as I wrote above, the B-sample test is only to dispute that there was a break in the chain of custody of the sample, not a question of the B-samples content.
