There are only 2 conspiracies here, why would they let the fight happen if he was cheating using drugs? Even UKAD and VADA know he was spiked and set up. Now Wilder refusing to fight him and Ruiz refusing to fight in the UK. Same old story from the crappy US heavyweights whose promoters spike while they cry PEDs and run for the hills.

 

Surely BBBoC, matchroom etc. would know that Rivas should be informed? That's what I find most surprising.

They must have expected Rivas to go full legal on their arse once it came out?

I really like Dillion so pretty ****ed off by this.

 

People thinking about Wilder and Whyte as his mandatory are missing the point completely. That's merely a side issue.

The explosive part of this story is if Matchroom, less than 24 hours after a fighter suffered what would be a fatal brain bleed, sent a juiced heavyweight into the ring against an unsuspecting opponent. There is zero defense for it, and they should all pay the price.

We're all assuming this story is true, however, and also that Whyte took something substantially Ped rather than recreational. But Hearn's response likely would have included that information, so for the time being I'm accepting the story at face value. Still need more info, tho.

 

Reading posts like this makes me understand why conspiracy theorists are auto-banned on most forums I read.

 

Yeah, spiked. It's obvious. And such is the threat Whyte posed they (whoever 'they' are.... Deontay Sulaiman?) cottoned on to this impeding threat seven years ago and spiked him then too. Big threat that boy, clearly.....

 

Go do your research. It's not tough to find out the answer to this....

 

Dillion went in hard on Miller after the Joshua fallout. He must have been confidence about pissing clean to even considered passing comment.
