Shouldnt we have to see Fury fight more quality fighters to make a proper assessment?

Of course, stylistically and dimensionally, on paper youd think Fury does beat Foreman (imo) but he's proved his skills against who... a practically done Wladimir and Wilder (and was almost stopped in that one)

Proving your capabilities against top fighters is all that matters imo... and for me Fury has done that enough for me to pick him yet.

I do see why someone would feel he 'should' win against Foreman. Though with Fury I think his style, skill and dimensions give him an edge against many of histories best fighters. Its a hard combination to overcome, imo.

    Fury beats him easily

Foreman would look small next to Fury.

Just rewatched Foreman vs Young. It's clear to me that Fury would clown this loaf.

Usyk who has zero fights at HW has a better chance against Fury than George Foreman, wtf are you smoking?

Usyk has neither the style nor attributes to beat Fury, Foreman has every chance of catching him and putting him to sleep.

This. I still can’t believe people think Fury is 6’9”. It reminds me of Cooney, who was 6’5” until they started pushing him hard and suddenly he was 6’7”.

Here is Fury and Cooney 6’5”.

Way too slow. Fury would coast to a decision easily without even leaving first gear.

Comeback foreman was a way better all around boxer then pre retirement. Way smarter to.

Please,,,,who has Fury beaten to think he'd take George Foreman? the 39 year old Wlad? 70's George ain't going waltz with him, Wilder ? as amateurish a heavyweight that has ever been champ stretched him out like a sleeping bag. George has a top 3 jab of all time . Fury is just one of the modern day myths , Joshua, Ruiz, etc.

I mean... yeah we can wait 2 or 3 more years until Fury fights more quality opposition (I think even past it Wlad, Chisora and Wilder are quality wins) OR we can have a little fun with this hypothetical matchup. It’s been done numerous times with Joshua against past champions so..

And I agree with that last part, Fury has too much skill and size for most of best boxers of years past.

he isn't fast enough to compete with Fury, hes cute enough, but physically to execute what he needs to do he cant do, Fury would see it about 2 weeks before it was thrown
