You’ve got to be trolling? It is literally biologically impossible for Rivas to have traps that size without PEDs.

They were both on PEDs, same as 99% of all top sportsmen.

 

The alternate scenario is this:

He's not on PEDs. He's failed one test after many and doesn't understand why. He's unable to sleep because of this and thinks that someone has sabotaged him. We all know how much he had been avoided. Of course they're going to speak in hushed tones.

I personally think he's on PEDs, but we can't rule out the above scenario until we have the full picture
