Well clearly Dillian Whyte should be banned. A boxers life could end any time they step in the ring. That being said Evander Holyfield was probably on the juice when he faced George Foreman. Foreman didn't die in the ring. Tommy Morrison admitted to being on the juice pretty much his whole career and Foreman got hit by him 260 times and was unfazed.

Why the £#%! would someone making that much money, and under drug testing, buy the dodgy supplements that get tainted or spiked with PEDs?

If you were going to use them, why not pay more to get ones that are guaranteed for doping controls? Or since almost none have actually be proven to do anything, you could just not even bother.

Is it the same reason they buy from dodgy butchers who manage to buy meat that's tainted with SARMs you can take orally?

Rivas has definitely used anabolic drugs.
BUT as far as we know, he passed the tests. He may well have not even used anabolic PEDs at all in the 2 or 3 months before the fight.
Whereas Whyte definitely had dianabol in his system recently, and that drug basically doesn't hang around much longer than 3 or 4 weeks.

He is basically saying he passed two test and the test that flagged was a one in a million chance of something being found. It should not have been in his system.

 

Dillian Whyte trains under the sports scientists in Loughborough university. He's made a big deal out of how advanced and professional he is now, in his training.
He hasn't just gone out and bought some dodgy supplement.
He's just been caught taking PEDs, a risk that he took to be the best he could be.

The strange one is Whyte was the one that paid for VADA testing pre fight to the tune of $40k.... surely you do not do that unless you know you are clean/ going to pass/
