And Luis Ortiz got a wilder fight straight after testing positive, what’s your point? Eddie is becoming a scapegoat when everyone is doing it on every network.

In this case, because UKAD only do the testing and are not involved in the punishment and the BBBoC were hamstrung by THEIR OWN protocol, the only people who could have taken action to prevent a fight which involved a potentially juiced fighter were Hearn and/or Whyte. The other person who could have taken action had he been informed was Rivas, But they didn't tell him.

You think Promoters and fighters are responsible for the health of the opponent!

    Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

    liable yes, responsible?? LOL

Sure, let's hire Don King as Head of medical safety for all fighting men. The Don King Anti-Doping Boxing Board ( DKAPBB)

And WILDER as Deputy HEAD, "I want a body on my record!

YEAH WILDER will REALLY look after his opponents LOL JUST LOL

And who's going to punish them????

Who is going to open their mouth put them in jail? Who is the ABC organisation that said "You must tell the other fighter that you were flagged on a banned substance"

Rivas certainly could sue for breach of contract if he so wished. But that's a lengthy and costly process and he's unlikely to. Put it this way, what if the shoe was on the other foot and Rivas had failed the test, kept it quiet and won the fight. You'd be okay with that? Right?

    Are you free today?

Go call VADA365 and ask if he took anything illegal.

I'll save you the time, they said no.

In fairness though, Eddie isn’t stupid enough to get sued. The contract will say if cleared by the boards then he’s ok to fight and all is fair, which he was. Not saying it’s right but there you go, from that post conference clip of Eddie and Whyte talking - I’m not sure he was expecting to be cleared.

He also said, he can't say a lot of things, because of legal reasons or do you have selective hearing?

Is this also a conspiracy? People not talking because of legal ramifications?Tommy Robinson is now going to jail because he opened his mouth when the courts said don't.

And yet, there is a video of Hearn stating that all promoters should make sure there is a ready supply of Oxygen at venues, in the wake of Allen needing to have Oxygen administered after getting retired against Price in their fight.

But is it their legal responsibility though?
