Ward has had his moments but most of his performances were pretty clean, the whole dirty fighter thing is blown way out of proportion by his detractors. There was nothing dirty about his schooling of Froch for example, actually Froch was the one rabbit punching and resorting to roughhouse tactics.

I read the transcripts from the hearing! There was a substance on the wraps that was consistent with plaster of Paris. It's suspicious because the only thing that should be in the wraps tape. Tape does not leave a residue consistent with plaster of Paris. The excuse of using the wrong wraps is difficult to believe as well. If there is no other answer as to how that substance got in the wraps, the committee has to error on the side of caution. I think you can appreciate this because, like me, you love the sport of boxing and a boxers health and well being is of the utmost importance. Bottom line, even if Margo is innocent(probably not) his excuse as to how that residue got on the wraps was not believable. Hand lotion and sweat is a lame excuse.

 

I still don't understand(and never will) that bring their sparring stories into actual official fights viewed live by millions around the world. It's a completely different atmosphere, which will result in a completely different reaction from both fighters.
