You can pay VADA to carry out drug testing for the fight for a set duration for a fee. The same way AJ did for the Miller fight. VADA have to be profitable somehow. They do not merely carry out research.

They are an independent body who are paid to carry out testing on boxers and report the findings. Most big fights have them.

 

As an athlete, you have an job to be clean.
Much like a police officer has a job not to commit crimes.

 

It has to be wrapped up in an event, with a governing/sanctioning body. You cannot just acquire their services as a private citizen. That's what some of these idiots are implying. If individual fighters are allowed to pay for it as if they are the source, that constitutes a serious ethical flaw.

Think about it for a second. What better way for a doping program to test their own doping protocols then to have an accredited lab check their samples before an event? Wrong, stuff like that is not allowed.

Also, the last time a fighter paid an antidoping agency was Fluid Mayweather who paid USADA 150K directly. Do we all remember what happened in that fiasco? USADA's not supposed to be taking money from a promoter whose his own fighter in his own fight. C'mon now man.

If Whyte took PED intentionally to cheat, the book should be thrown at his face, and I will do it first. But I dont believe he did, and I hope he is acquitted soon enough
