    Of course he's a journeyman.

He's on Derek chisora's level, a journeyman. Not being disrespectful, these guy's are in good fights but never going to be champ!

    Journeymen.

I'll reiterate the meaning for some of you as you clearly don't know and I'm not being 'delusional'... you are if you think he is ever going to be anything else than a journeyman.

Journeyman - "worker or sports player who is reliable but not outstanding".

And there's dillian, sorry. I'm not hating, I'm being a realist.

Anyone who has fought for a world title or ranked no 1 by an organisation cannot be described as a journeyman!! Or basically you're saying anyone who's not a champ is a journeyman! Either way you're wrong!!

Normally I would agree , but I cannot erase the embarresment of a HW title fight (Joke) between Joshua & Charles Martin...Wepner would have thrashed Charles martin!!

    Damon Reed

    Go Odaira (twice!)

And there are many more. Just take the guys that came in as a very, very late replacement with the belts still on the line.

Dillian is just a value for money fighter, he's not exceptional, he's a tidy journeyman to make up an otherwise pretty poor division, look, I mean no disrespect, but he's just like many 'fillers' just like throughout history, a nearly man... Whichever way you look at it, still equals a journeyman.

I don't mind dillian, he's a tidy fighter, but he fits the description of a journeyman like a glove. Not that that's a negative, many journeyman have given the best entertainment over the years.

I'm not saying anyone that isn't a world champ is a journeyman, not at all.

A journeyman isn't someone that loses every fight you know, but there we go, we'll leave it at that. He's still a journeyman.

Going by the original meaning a journeyman means someone who travels, someone that is often the away fighter. It'd be a strech to call Chisora a journeyman, though he's filled the role a few times, and it clearly wouldn't fit Whyte. There are tons of fighters with padded records, even undefeated ones, far worse than many journeymen under the description.

Going by how it's more generally used, I think clearly neither fit either, maybe gatekeeper, but I think they've both had enough success against contenders to be considered contenders, Whyte is clearly in the top 10 (ignoring the drug issues anyway), maybe the top heavyweoght outside of Ruiz, Joshua, Wilder and Fury, and Chisora has a good case to be in the top 10 at the moment. I don't think it'd be reasonable to call either a journeyman.

There are many good heavyweights that couldn't possibly squeeze into the top ten right now, that this fool wouldn't dare call a journeyman, yet Whyte is at number 5. He is trolling

Is Dean 'Whyte' even Dillian's real brother? In this video Dillian says, 'This guy here he's LIKE a brother to me'. So not only does he lie about taking steroids, he's been lying that Dean's his brother all this time. I always thought them 2 looked nothing alike lol @Aydamn
