Agree with that. Stylistically Whyte is one of the easiest fights in the top ten for Wilder because of his come forward style, smaller reach and vulnerable chin.

He’s just a decent fighter. That’s all. Absolutely no heavyweight on the planet is so wary of Whyte that they’d lobby to the WBC to have him banned and that’s Hearn’s masterful deflecting tactic.

Wilder would seriously hurt him, like career-ending beating which Wilder himself would probably aim to dish out for all the smack Whyte has talked. Even if fortunes were completely reversed Eddie would never put him in with him.

Don’t agree, think WHYTE would be sparked rather than a beating...

Issue for Hearn now is he has clearly been lying. So anything he says now cannot even be remotely listened to.

Also find it very hard to believe that a night of boxing turning over £10m plus, he would have very little to do with the star popping on a drugs test. Especially if he did it a month beforehand.

What ever the true story is, Eddie comes out of this looking a bigger **** than normal.

lol providing evidence of what? That he took dbol a month earlier instead of the day before?. All this lying and weasel wording is just making this 5 x worse.

The gloves situation is probably just as bad if not worse than the ped issue...

Rivas team were shown the gloves as normal at the pre fight then Whyte wore different gloves without telling the Rivas team then on top of that the Rivas team were not allowed to see the gloves after the fight.......or this is what i have heard

Eddie did talk about this the other day. "He hardly just pulled them out from no where" was his main defence.

So basically, it's UKADs fault he failed a test and they are in cahoots with the WBC to stop the great Dillian Whyte facing Wilder.

I mean you literally couldn't make it up...

It's incredible init. Compared to how BJS was viewed and treated over the nasal spray incident which effectively marked an end to his career.

And those gloves look tiny when you compare what he wore in the last fight. Maybe it's the design, but they look odd the more you look at them.

It really is not good....In fact British boxing is in the gutter at this moment ..

I understand that Whyte was officially cleared to fight but can you imagine the Americans looking at this from their point of view?

Failed test and changed gloves without notice and the BBBoC cleared this fight to go ahead!!! nothing about Matchroom/Hearn at all .

If anyone thinks Al Haymon is going to send Andy Ruiz over here to be screwed by the BBBoC for the rematch are so deluded its untrue ...I would bet they would rather drop all the belts and let all the Yanks fight for them....Before all this Whyte fiasco happened i didnt think the UK would see these belts for a while, now i am convinced ...

All those MRFC members built up over the last 10 years haven't just gone back to football, unfortunately. They lulled a bit but you could sense the momentum building and shifting to Whyte over the last few weeks in place of Anthony. Hopefully, the WBC will put an end to this meme if he doesn't get rightfully banned.

Exactly. It's amusing watching smug Eddie fans revel in his dishonesty, all the while completely unaware that's it's just that that's knocking the final nails into the coffin of any countenance of a rematch here.
