Okolie finally getting starched. Once he tastes the right hand of Ngabu he will go full OCTOPUS style and holding for his life. Ngabu via brutal KO.
I don’t like Okolie but a lot of his critics including me have predicted that both Chamberlain and Askin would starch him and he’s come out on top both times not looking remotely close to being starched. He’s a very hard fighter for any non-elite CW because of his physical attributes. Good fight though hope it happens and they stick it on the Loma-Campbell card.
Chamberlain is a bum (no disrespect but he's ****, shouldn't fight on that level) and can't crack an egg at CW. Askin won the fight fair and square on points. The scorecards were awful. Additionally Okolie should have been disqualified anyway.
I know that Okolie should have been DQ’d but that’s not relevant to the point I was making in that Okolie wasn’t close to being knocked out. Chamberlain is not a bum he’s a fighter with potential but probably caught between LHW and CW and that’s a killer for him. I believe he froze against Okolie. I was at that fight btw. Was one of the biggest let downs I’ve seen but it would be foolhardy to dismiss Chamberlain on the back of that. Showed a lot of heart to beat Camacho with one arm.
Oh boy, a Lawrence Okolie fight. I won't be able to watch it. I'll be too busy hammering nails into my genitals. That would be more fun than watching an Okolie fight.
Chamberlain has no business fighting at that level. He's domestic level. Probably below that. I don't see him getting past that level though. Guys like Riakporhe, Billam-Smith, McCarthy all gonna beat him and i consider those names as fighters which could go or already went pasts british levle. He's one of those guys who can beat up and bully bums but if he fights guys with a pulse he's simply underperforming and another problem is he's clearly afraid of getting hit. Which is okay. It's a dangerous sports. But then he should switch to American Football or Basketball. I don't rate him at all. I think beating guys like Camacho or Watkins doesn't make him a solid prospect.
I don’t disagree with a lot of what you said but until he fights at European level we won’t fully understand his potential. I know it’s sparring but if he was a complete “bum” would Usyk have invited him to his training camp for sparring on two occasions?
