Donaire has been doing 24/7 testing since forever. And some people really do have that moral high ground or w/e. It happens. Boxing is a bit different than other sports. You don't have to be the fastest or strongest to win. You just have to be better. Of course PED's will help your training, but they are not a must. Let´s say you had to race Usain Bolt. Well ****! Either you take something, or you don't beat him.
If your job is to beat people's faces in for a living, and you know they're going to be trying to do the same to you, why would you draw any moral scruples over taking a substance that can improve your chances of succeeding and earning life changing money for yourself and your family, especially when you know there'll be people to protect you or cover up for you if you're ever discovered, and the chances of actually getting caught and punished are extremely slim? And Donaire worked with Victor Conte. Anyone that works with that guy is automatically tarred for life as far as I'm concerned. 24/7 testing, bla bla. It's a smokescreen.
So you believe everyone is morally corrupt? Nah, there are definitely exceptions. Plus not everyone will be willing to risk getting caught. There is still a risk and to some, it won't be worth it. (as we see boxers getting caught every year) There will always be that one guy.

True, not everyone cheats, for various reasons. I litterally hate the phrase "if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying". It's like "the fastest race ever" that became "the dirtiest race ever". 6 of the 8 100m finalists of the 88 Seoul Olympics were caught prior and/or after that infamous race. 2 never got implicated and 1 of them (da Silva) was an anti doping advocate, and refused to take doping to be able to possibly beat his doped up opponents. Saying keeping his intregity and dignity was more important as winning.
