    If Golovkin could have either explosive hand speed or slick upper body movement which one would be more beneficial for him? Must choose only one.

    Golovkin had some great movement as a younger man, so I choose handspeed.

    even better than both options would be favorable judges, as he probably would have stayed unbeaten for his entire career that way.

    His upper body movement was never bad to begin with. His handspeed is nothing but average so I suppose that.

    His defence is very underrated, he slips or blocks stuff using the absolute minimum effort required. Golovkin is a fighter that looks MUCH better on slo-mo.

    Can you imagine his jab with sick handspeed? It would be unstoppable.
