Wilder went Life & Death Brawl with Duhapuss so they scratched him off the list... Martin went Life & Death Slug-Fest with Kownacki recently so they definitely scratched him off the list... Miller might drop Fury more than Wilder did and make it tough to get a decision even with the biased judges... Out of the Bogus list of ESPN acceptable opponent's the Fury Team Cherry Picked... Wally the Beaver the Amazing Swedish Cab Driver ...

Hope Beaver gets lucky and drops Fury on his butt like the Canadian that dropped him twice called Nevin Pajkic ...

Cruiserweight Steve Cunningham dropped Fury like Wilder did... later Fury KO'd Cunningham while holding and hitting...

Go check out Otto Wallin's boxing record... he is the Slayer of many Bosnian Cab Drivers...

He's fought the type of guys that most Cab Drivers use to Pad their records as they're coming up the ranks of the Cab Driver Syndicate!!

If he goes for broke and attacks Fury he can drop Fury at least like Nevin Pajkic did twice... otherwise Fury will Clown and Tenderize Wallin then make a Piñata out of him...

"BUT BUT hes got the Wilder fight next year so he doesnt want to ruin that"

I'm not sure how that's even an excuse. Fury and his fans believe he is the best heavyweight since Lennox.

If he is that good, why does he need to fight such a low risk opponent to not jeopardise the Wilder rematch?

Wilder himself is taking on Ortiz, who yes is atleast 50 but still a top 10 HW.

Otto Wallin is barely euro level and people are trying to make excuses for the "Lineal" number 1 HW picking him for a fight?

If Wilder or AJ picked this opponent, fury fans and Fury himself would have a field day -you need to keep that same energy with TF.

Imo TF is the biggest con man in the HW division and now hope Wilder ices him if they rematch

I think people have been investing too much in Fury's opposition this year. They made it pretty clear after the Wilder rematch didn't get made it would be a series of 'keep busy fights'. It might be boring but at least we may get to see Fury in full flight next year after a regular routine. His two major fights both came off of fat camps, so let's see what he can do with a healthier set up. Just give his year away, it's obvious they want a rebuild period to maximise his chances.

The other issue is that people complain but don't offer alternatives. When you look at alternatives, you'll see there aren't too many for regular fights. In other words, if Joshua, Wilder, Ruiz aren't available and fighters like Pulev, Parker, Usyk or other prospects like Joyce etc. are building or waiting for something else, who are you going to fight if you want to fight regularly? It's not like they're all dying to take a likely loss to Fury for no world title, let's get real. Parker is chasing Chisora ffs.

And people were moaning when they thought it was Charles Martin

These are the fights fury should have had before wilder and no one would have had a problem with it.

Anyway as long as the wilder fight is next I'm not that bothered who he fights.

Fair play to him really, who wouldn't want the easy money.

All Fury’s past comments about Joshua and Wilder fighting bums, he is on a different level of bums.

I would get these "tune ups" if Fury got himself into better shape for every tune-up. Say he comes in 10 lbs lighter each fight, in a more athletic physique, with a fresh focused mindset.

However, he weighted in far heavier vs. Schwarz than he weighted in vs. Deontay! He's regressing, he's getting fatter. These cherrypicked bum fights make no sense other than zero risk money making for Fury.

He wasn't fatter - although still fat, clearly. He had more muscle mass; that much was visible from his arms alone. I remember from the Seferi fight he had no muscle mass from the crash dieting, so I guess he's just coming up from a low base. Impossible to tell from the last fight if he was aerobically fitter, but you'd think he'd have worked on that too. But, as Ruiz vs AJ shows, looks can be deceptive....

Don't be shocked if Fury fights Sam Peter or Lucas Browne after this.

They only care about Wilder Fury next year

I don't think it will be as big a fight though.
