Slated for fighting Hopkins what the hell are you talking about ??? Hopkins was the ring magazine champion it was a natural fight to fight the number one light heavyweight.

Once Yarde gets taken back to reality there are lots of fights for him to have at British level

The promotion for this fight has been absolutely poop. It's less than three weeks away and absolutely nobody outside of this thread seems to be talking about it.

I’m mainly looking forward to it to see yarde completely clueless and the idiots on here defending him

He's avoided British level so far, I see no reason why he wouldn't avoid those guys again after he's been knocked into row-z by the Krusher.

I've got the feeling that Yarde has a decent chin so i don't think he'll just get blasted out. But even if some of of his pop is gone , Kov is a very good boxer and i think the gulf in class and experience will be evident from the start.

I'm going for late Kov stoppage in a fairly one sided affair.

The BT broadcast starts at 5PM any idea of when the fight starts? Clashing with Premier League football will hurt it.

Strange that as the undercard has no UK interest. It’s all Russians really.

Someone said on here 9:30pm a week or so ago. I weren’t sure whether that was the card or the main event but it looks like that’s the main event doesn’t it.

Happy to suspend logic and reason for this one, and just go in rooting for Yarde. What a win it would be.

Based on the fact he's been put in there so far with guys who are a division lighter and not one of them was a puncher I think he's probably packing glass. One things for sure is we will find out cause his defense isn't all that

There's definitely a reason he's been so carefully matched

I remember plenty of people slating him for it, that's what I'm talking about.

Obviously there’s some hype but I bet this ends up turning out to be as routine as Mikhalkin and Shabranskyy ended up being for sergey.
