A Canadian list without Clyde Gray and Art Hafey is no list.

Your research obviously wasn't too extensive,Canada Lee was born, lived in, and died in New York City.He only fought inCanada twice, just over the border inToronto,His christian ring monicker was a derivative of his surname.Lionel Canegata.
Like wise Al McCoy was born in Winslow Maine USA. He did fight in Montreal several times.
You got one right Sonny Jones ,born in Edmomton.

Chuvalo at N. 1 is indefencable in my opinion.

No Jimmy McLarnin?
No Mysterious Billy Smith?

McClarnin took Canadian nationality ,but he was born in Northern Ireland UK.
There is also some doubt about Smith's origins.

"Mysterious Billy Smith was born in either Little River, Nova Scotia, or East Port, Missouri--depending on the source. (Reported by the Everett Daily Herald, October 15, 1937, as having been born in East Port, Missouri (not Canada).) He was the father of boxer Mysterious Billy Smith Jr. of Portland, OR, USA."
