That's a crying shame. At the age of 32 this is an awful injury. He'll be out until well into next year at which point he'll need a couple of gimmes to shake the rust off. Could be 34 before / if he challenges for a title again
That sort of thing at least does allow for the fact that these things do happen, given nobody is going to decide last minute to deliberately rule themselves out of the World Cup. It's always notable though how often these freakish injuries seem to happen when it comes to terrible fights which aren't selling very well....
There was the Scottish (I think) footballer that was out as his scrambled eggs exploded and burnt his foot....
He's had one defeat under Jamie, against Warrington who would give any of the champions a good fight. He's hardly gone downhill. Hes neither slid nor risen since he left mcguigan
****ing hate Broadfoot it’s a disgrace he played for Rangers. I actually liked him at the time but his behaviour with Morelos last year was unacceptable, need big Goldson to put him in his place the ****ing freak show.
