In fact, Parker may be looking to make a STATEMENT here

    Poor Dellboy.

His head is gonna be like a beachball for Parker.
Parker was able to hit Takam and Ruiz hard enough to stop them coming in (and he did hit them hard)
I know that's gonna start people saying robbery blah, blah blah.
Watch those fights again with the sound off, and Parker (just) wins those fights.
Dellboy isn't as good as those 2, he got a lucky shot against Takam.

Parker is still young, has a great chin, and could have beaten Whyte, if Whyte wasn't on the special juice to help him recover..

A motivated Chisora is a tough test for anyone at HW.

If Parker wins and looks good, he's right back in the frame for a title shot.

Parker UD for me. Chisora was made to look good against poor opponents like Whyte & Szpilka, but he was getting absolutely battered by Takam, that fight would've been stopped if it was the other way around, and hasn't really looked good apart from those Whyte & Szpilka fights

Heavyweight is poor outside the top 3/4, even those aren't great. It's a poor division as a whole

So you choose a governing body that Whyte happens to sit top in, show us the only ones that matters, Ring and TBRB

Why not? It's not like the WBC did him ANY FAVOURS WHATSOEVER.

Perfectly neutral, less than neutral, ground for Whyte. Unbiased.

WBC effed Whyte over millions of times.

Excellent example of a list, earned that spot the hard way.

Oh and WBC matters... the last time I checked.
