    There was no VADA testing for the Thurman fight. And that completely undermines the integrity of your list as a whole.

    And you thought right. Pacquiao is enrolled in the WBC Clean Boxing Program (administered by VADA) and that's it. But that program is more like a joke, unfortunately, because the WBC spends about $10 thousand a year for all its boxers for it.

    Other than that there were no VADA testing for this fight.

    Allegedly, the Nevada State Athletic Commission used some drug testing for this fight, but I don't necessarily trust NSAC, for example.
