The Bunce and Costello podcast was interesting as Costello was saying that the test perhaps revealed a specified rather than prohibited substance which is why there was a hearing. I'm not familiar with what the difference is tbh.

UKAD is a government agency isn't it? If you're suggesting they took money in return for letting him fight then I doubt that would be the case.

No, haven’t suggested that at all. I’m suggesting that they’re willing to accept that the VADA tests being clear are enough to clear him, because they don’t want a long drawn out expensive legal procedure that they simply haven’t got the financial budget to see through.

The Costello and Bunce postcast has been an excellent listen the last 2 weeks. They can smell a rat and don’t appear willing to let it go.

The UKAD has a barrister on it.
    https://www.ukad.org.uk/board

The British Boxing Board of Control has a solicitors office listed:

    http://bbbofc.com/content/bbbofc-contacts

Perhaps one of these could arrange a no win no fee type of deal to bring a prosecution. If the case is so weak that they have advised against further action then Whyte should be declared cleared and allowed to get on with his career.

If you say the words 'no fee' in hearing range of a barrister there's a 50 Per cent chance of them spontaneously combusting.

    Whyte has been juicing.

    But everyone else is too.

He can feel aggrieved and angry because he failed a test and his career is being put at risk by this. AJ literally injects testosterone and that is fine. But Whyte pops a few steroid pills and is now the bad man

No I get what he’s saying. Any doper in boxing who gets caught will feel aggrieved because everyone is at it and the best tend to get away Scot free.

Imagine you were working in an office and all the employees were skimming some dough at some point. But only you got caught. Regardless of the fact that you are engaging in unlawful activity, the fact that everyone else is getting away with it would be a natural source of frustration.

Yes I am interested in this TUE thing. No one seems to know many details, understandably. Very suspicious in my opinion and I wonder why journalists don't investigate.

Anyone seen the recent pics of AJ? He's lost loads of size, must be off the jungle juice for once.
