Keith Thurman: Manny Pacquiao Fight Was A DRAW...!!!

I gained a ton of respect for Thurman with the way he fought and with the way he handled the loss in the post fight press conference, that has gone out the window with his most recent comments. Although, in reality, this is him making his best effort to get a rematch, which is not going to happen. I can't see how anyone could have him winning. He won 4 rounds which is when Pacquiao stepped off the gas to take a breather. As stated by another member in this thread, Pacquiao has one hell of a chin. As the years go by, Manny's status and legacy will only grow. When other great fighters are calling you the greatest of all time, it carries some weight.

 

Stay consistent. You keep going on about Horn or Bradley problems but Pac outlanded both massively according to compubox. I believe Pac also outlanded JMM in their fights.

 

A coin toss is sometimes 50-50? LOL It's 50-50, 100% of the time. What's with these youngsters? They get beat and claim they won, got robbed or it was a draw. SMH

 

I thought Pac beat Thurman. With that said he got outlanded in power punches and did get busted up.

I'm inclined to give Keith a pass here.

The guy's just drumming up some PR points for negotiations on his next fight, whoever it may be.

Wouldn't hurt to phrase-drop "Pacquiao rematch" when things seem headed to a deadlock or the opponent is playing hardball.
