    Fair enough really.

Be absolutely gutted if we don’t get the fight. Even if it gets made outside of the WBSS by DAZN or someone it will be stateside now where with the WBSS it would’ve been UK.

Can't blame them the whole process of arranging of fights has been a shambles.be interesting to see what Taylor's side decide to do.

Just going to miss out on a massive pay day from the final isn't he?

Unless he is going to try get that and be pulled out from the tournament?

Just so much money/greed involved in the sport these days.

Is WBSS sustainable in it's current model? Such a good concept but just seems a shambles.

This season has been lacking as well.

I think it's the beginning of the end for the WBSS. They've already started putting series 3 together, but I'll be surprised if there's another one after that.

And the chance to become a unified and ring magazine champion at the end of it! Doesn't make sense to me i mean you've came this far just to bail out and give your belt away.Questionable motives imo.

Not a single fighter in 2 years has missed a purse.

This is a duck plain and simple, how come Usyk and Callum Smith never complained when their fights were delayed? Because they wanted to fight, Prograis doesnt.

Prograis' team know Taylor is all wrong for him.

The wbss is far from from perfect and there's obviously funding problems but i dont believe any fighter wouldn't get what they are owed(eventually)prograis is essentially throwing away his belt and the chance to be ring and unified champ... Question is why? Probably money and the risk of being exposed now he's getting some hype.

They’ve been paid months later in some cases.

The problem is the fighters. All fighters are concerned about losing their “0”. They’ve had to offer ridiculous money to make it attractive for (elite/world champion) fighters to join. Finding the funding for that hasn’t proven easy.

What they really need to do is a heavyweight tournament. Even a B level tournament with Povetkin, Hughie, Parker, Chisora, Kownacki, Pulev, Joyce and Bryan or even throw a Price/Kuzmin/Hunter in there.

Heavyweight boxing is the main attraction in the sport so I’d imagine even a B level tournament makes huge profit and boosts the profile of the tournament no end.
