It doesn look like that you know, when you answer whatever and not what he asks.

Yeah I really think that Spence has a better resume than SRR, too, genius.

Golovkin remorselessly tears Robinson's soul from his chest, rolls it in some flour and bread crumbs, throws some Tabasco sauce and Everglades seasoning on it, flambés it, snorts it up his nose and farts it out.

Do you think 2040 fighters would be perfect?

No, I think that they will learn from nowadays fighters, and nowadays fighters cannot learn from 2040 fighters. Hence, they will have advantage, and probably will fight a better boxing style, because they (and their trainers) will know more than we know now. As I say, the older the sport, the less the difference.

Well, put SRR in with modern training techniques and sports medicine he'd probably still be a champ.

He was fast, strong and had great feet and a solid chin. Those are things you can't train.

If he fought the same style against guys today he'd have a tough time.. but he'd adapt for sure.

What flaws would a modern fighter capitalize on to beat him? What is he doing wrong? What is he doing that modern fighters don't do?

I don't know guys; Deontay Wilder is one of the best HW's alive right now.

Sergio drops his hands all fight long. Donaire relied on his left hook so much he feints himself into using it. Pacquiao and especially Wladimir never had an inside game. Canelo can't lay traps on an opponent with quick feet committed to the outside. Marco Huck is one of the best Cruiserweights ever (a division only in existence since around 1988).

Often times this term describes folks' opinions of "old timers," but seems a lot of you guys are too rose-tinted toward the present.

I don't deny GGG could win, but GGG also tends to shell up and reset when his opponent starts throwing combos. What would happen to Robinson at 1:21 if that was vs GGG? Nothing, probably.

I don't know man, we all read that he was supposed to do that with the little Ginger Boy twice and it didn't work out that way.

Now he beats the GOAT? Cool story bruh.

 He would pummel Golovkin. If they have six ounce gloves on, he stops him.

Kelly Pavlik & Canelo Alvarez would bludgeon him as well. There's nothing annoys me more than the rose colored glasses nostalgist crowd bleating about the ATG's. They'd all get massacred in this era. The only ones who could possibly hang are guys from the late 70's through the 90's.

When I watched a bunch of fights from the sixties I thought that Emile Griffith vs Benny Paret 1 reminded me a lot of Sugar Ray Leonard vs Thomas Hearns.
