'Big' George Foreman wouldn't be so big in this era. 6'3 220lbs. He'd be the smaller man in most of his fights.
Foreman would **** Wilder up make no mistake. He started fast and accurate. Wilder sucks on the inside and Foreman would cut his air off and blast him with his crunching uppercut and close range drumfire to the body. If Wilder only knew how to control distance better I'd give him a much bigger chance against the ATG's. But his footwork is just sad. He's got a puncher's chance, I guess.
6ft4 and he would be 240lbs with todays scientific advances in training. Throw in some special 'juice' and you have someone not that much smaller than Lennox Lewis and just as strong.
Oh come on...we are talking PRIME Foreman here, not some "if he would be today in his prime and use todays scientific blahblahs". Why he has to get every single good thing and imagination by his side in this match up? Why doesnt Wilder get any good things too...Like: "If Wilder would be in his prime in 2060, he would be much bigger and better because of the great new scientific advances etc. He would be at least 8 feet tall and 300 lbs monster who just destroys Foreman" Why only one fighter has to get these advantages? If we take Foreman like MANY years ahead of his time, we may as well take Wilder too. It works in BOTH ways, not just your way Bah, I hate this would be, could be-game anyways. So useless. Its like little kids in a sandbox and I think most guys in this forum are like...over 18 years old.
He'd be the shorter man in most fights. In terms of bulk (even at 2200lbs) he'd still be the bigger man, and he'd be the strongest in all of them.
I agree but I dont think prime Foreman would be undersized personally. He is a slightly taller, leaner and stronger version of Dillian Whyte who I personally think matches up well against Wilder.
